When you submit a quote request, your information is transmitted directly to our insurance carrier and agent partners. When you request insurance quotes through our website, we transmit your personal information directly to insurance carriers, agents, and other partners who may provide you with quotes or contact you about insurance products. Because we do not store your personal information after transmission, there is no data for us to delete. To request deletion of your information, please contact the insurance carriers and agents who received your data directly.
Because we do not maintain records of your personal information after transmission, correction requests should be directed to the insurance partners who hold your data.
You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information before submitting a quote request. If you exercise this right, we will not transmit your information to insurance partners. Note that opting out will prevent you from receiving insurance quotes through our service.
You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide our services.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality based on your exercise of these rights.

We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm once complete.
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to provide certain information to match with our records. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny your request.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days.
As a pass-through service, Quote Wink does not retain your personal information after it has been transmitted to our insurance partners. We may retain limited transaction logs for a short period to troubleshoot technical issues, but these logs do not contain your personal information.

We do not offer financial incentives for the collection, sale, or deletion of personal information that would require disclosure under this section.
